Important information
Active visitor restrictions in place as of March 16, 2020
Colorado Blood Cancer Institute and Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center place the highest priority on the health and safety of our patients, staff and caregivers. Due to the presence of Coronavirus in Colorado, we are taking measures to protect our patients with compromised immune systems.
In order to ensure a safe environment, starting Monday, March 16th, the second floor breezeway from the Professional Plaza East parking garage will be locked as well as the front entrance to the Professional Plaza East both will be inaccessible to patients and visitors. You may enter P/SL and CBCI through the first floor entrance of PPE between the parking garage.
We will be limiting visitors at CBCI to one screened visitor per patient and we will not be allowing visitors on the inpatient units until further notice. We will be sure to continue to keep all patients and visitors updated on the screening processes during this time.
With coronavirus (COVID-19), the safety of Colorado Blood Cancer Institute patients and visitors remains our top priority. We regularly treat patients with infectious diseases and our clinical teams are highly trained in infection prevention protocols. Colorado Blood Cancer Institute is closely monitoring COVID-19 developments in partnership with our local and state health departments and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
