If you would like to have access to the CBCI CareSpace patient portal, please let your CBCI contact know or call (720) 754-4800 and ask for portal access assistance. A CBCI staff member will call you to confirm your information and desire to register for the portal.
You will receive a registration email from CareSpace Account Support. This invite is only good for 48 hours. Scroll down to “Complete Registration” and use the email address that you have on record with CBCI as the user ID and login email. Create a password and keep it in a safe place.
After you have successfully registered for CareSpace you can access your portal.
Reset your CareSpace password
Navigate to CareSpace website and click on ‘I forgot my password’. Enter the email address that you used to register and click ‘Send link to reset password’. You will receive a password reset email. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
If you no longer have access to the email associated with your CareSpace account, please contact CBCI to have your account reset.
